Classroom Management
Classroom management is one of the most important element in teaching. It doesn't matter how much a teacher is well prepared and how many activities is done if the students in class are not well seated and ready to learn. When the teacher provides a convinient environmet for her students and works on making them follow and apply classroom rules, whatever lesson she prepares will be easy to deliver. Also time management is a part of classroom management. Whenever each task is given specific time, the procedure will flow smoothly. Classroom management is mastered by prectice, experience and how well the teacher has built a strong bond with her students.

Totally agree with you, I must say that management is one important key a teacher must have because at the end he or she is the one who is the leading the class. I have to add also that it comes with a lot of practice and after you have been exposed to different situations, problems, students and environments.
